Terms & conditions
The following services are not provided by the Inn and are the responsibility of the client:

• Marriage Commissioner
• Floral including bouquets, table centrepieces & arrangements for service tables.
• Cake
• Photographer
• Music for ceremony & reception
• Guest book
• Full access to the grounds for photography

Deposits
A $750 non-refundable deposit per garden is required to formally book your date, time & location. The Inn is not able to “hold” a date without a deposit. As this is a non-refundable deposit we are happy to review the venue & budget with you to ensure that you are confident that the Inn is the perfect venue for your special day.

Payments
60 days prior to your wedding day 50% of the balance owing on your wedding is required.
30 days prior to the wedding day 100% of the balance owing is due. Payments may be made using Credit Card, Cash, Debit or Cheque (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) All wedding payments are non-refundable.

Full Weddings
There are many advantages to booking your complete wedding at the Inn. Having both your ceremony and reception at the same location removes the stress from your wedding day. You need not be concerned about transporting your guests from the ceremony to the reception, entertaining your guests while you have photos taken or where you will stay on your wedding night. Everything is right here at your fingertips. We would prefer that you take full advantage of all the services here at the English Inn so we have provided you with some added bonuses for booking both your ceremony & reception at the Inn. The following are offered only to couples booking both their ceremony & reception at the Inn:

• Full guided access to all grounds for photography ($200 value)
• 10% discount on all accommodation for wedding guests
• Service staff for additional food & beverage service between ceremony & reception.
